Solo
I’m looking for a reasonably priced studio or 1br apt by the Queens/Nassau border. I’d like to keep my car, so decent parking is a must. My max monthly payment is $1000.
If anyone actually reads this (doubtful, as this is new), any help would be much appreciated.

I know it’s the middle of January and all. But at some point, I’d really just like it to be freezing at 32*F. None of this below-freezing type of freezing.

Moving!
Moved! Again! Argh.
I was sick for most of last week, exhausted for the greater part of this weekend. And I finally figured out how to set up this sucker by myself. Go me. I need a new brand, and until I find a better title… Yeah…
